What I do

I build your marketing
function from scratch.

Bachelor's in Advertising and Communication · Master's in Digital Marketing and Big Data · University Professor, 6 years

I started in marketing at 19. I co-founded a marketing agency at 20. By 25, I was leading a team of 12 and teaching at two universities at the same time.

Marketing has always been how I think. How I move. How I build.

Over 20 years, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, healthcare giants, and beauty brands featured in Allure, Women's Health, New Beauty and Glamour.

I have managed a $2M annual marketing budget, built B2B and B2C marketing functions, and generated results across Argentina, Latin America, the United States and Canada.

Why a Fractional CMO

The smartest way to get
senior marketing leadership.

A full-time CMO costs $150K or more per year. An agency gives you deliverables without strategic direction. A Fractional CMO gives you both, at a budget that makes sense for where you are right now.

The story

A career built
act by act.

I
ACT I
Argentina: Where It All Started
Foundation · 1999 to 2014

Marketing runs three generations deep in my family. My grandfather founded an important Argentine advertising agency in the 1960s. The agency became recognized for iconic campaigns, including for Coca-Cola and Vino Toro, work that became part of the cultural memory of a generation.

My father was a media owner and director in the 90s, leading channels in television and radio.

I co-founded my first marketing agency at 19. At 25, teaching at two universities simultaneously while leading client accounts with a team of 12. For over a decade I also built a personal branding and image marketing school, training hundreds of professionals.

5 years. 80% client retention. 20% revenue growth.

Latin America: Regional Scale
Expansion · 2015 to 2019

The next chapter was scale. Multi-country campaigns across the Mercosur region, coordination between markets, and eventually involvement in a senior project managing a $2M annual marketing budget across Latin America.

Corporate complexity. Multiple stakeholders. Strategic leadership across some of the most competitive healthcare and consumer categories in Latin America.

Services

Three ways
we can work together.

Every engagement is a monthly retainer, one clear, accessible fee. No hidden costs, no per-hour billing, no long-term lock-in. 30 days notice to cancel anytime.

Tier 01
Build

For startups with no marketing function yet. I start from zero and build everything your marketing needs to exist and generate results.

  • Brand positioning and messaging
  • Ideal Customer Profile definition
  • First acquisition campaigns
  • CRM setup and email sequences
  • Content system and social direction
Tier 02
Scale

For businesses with traction but no system. I take what is working, make it repeatable, and build infrastructure to grow without chaos.

  • Full marketing audit and diagnosis
  • Channel strategy and optimization
  • Funnel design and conversion focus
  • Team coordination and freelancer management
  • Monthly performance reporting
Tier 03
Lead

For founders who need a CMO inside the team. I own the marketing function end to end, covering strategy, execution and leadership.

  • Full strategy ownership
  • Weekly team leadership and direction
  • Hiring and onboarding marketing talent
  • Board-level marketing reporting
  • International market expansion planning

The process

From first call
to first results.

Week 1
Discovery and Audit

Deep dive into your business, market, competitors and current marketing situation. I map what exists, what is missing and where the biggest opportunity is.

Week 2
Strategy and 90-Day Plan

Positioning, ICP, channel selection and a 90-day marketing roadmap built specifically for your stage. You leave week 2 knowing exactly what will happen next.

Week 3
Execution Begins

First campaigns, CRM setup, content system and first assets go live. No more waiting for strategy decks that never ship.

Month 2 onwards
Ongoing Leadership

Weekly direction calls, monthly KPI reports and continuous optimization. I iterate based on data, not assumptions, until results compound.

Questions

Things you might
want to know.

What exactly is a monthly retainer?
One fixed amount per month and I work as your marketing leader during that time. Think of it as a CMO on your team, without the full-time salary. Strategy, execution and weekly presence in one predictable fee.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most engagements run between 6 and 12 months. That is where strategy gets built, execution kicks in and results start compounding. Many clients continue well beyond that. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no questions asked.
Do you work in English only?
My primary working languages are English and Spanish. I also speak Portuguese and Italian. Our working sessions and campaign execution can happen in different languages depending on your market and team, so nothing gets lost between strategy and execution.
Do you work with B2B or B2C companies?
Both. My background spans consumer brands, healthcare, DTC, go-to-market launches and professional services across B2B and B2C contexts.
Do I need to have a marketing team?
No. My role covers strategy, copywriting, content direction, project management and metrics. If you already have designers, video editors or paid media specialists on your team or on retainer, I work directly with them. If you do not, I can connect you with trusted freelancers from my network and manage their work and billing directly, giving you a single invoice and one less thing to coordinate.
How many clients do you work with at once?
A maximum of 4 active clients at any time. This keeps quality high and attention real. That said, when I know in advance that an engagement is wrapping up, I open a queue spot for the next client. If you reach out and I am currently at capacity, we can schedule a discovery call now and confirm a start date that works for both of us without you losing your place.
How quickly can we start?
Generally, once we decide to move forward after the discovery call, onboarding happens within a couple of weeks. The first month is always the most intensive because that is when we build the foundation everything else grows from. If I am currently at capacity, we agree on a start date that works well for both of us and confirm it in writing.
How do I know if I am ready?
If you are building from zero, if you have traction but no system, or if you need a CMO inside the team without a full-time hire, those are exactly the three situations I work with every day. We confirm which fits you best in the discovery call.
What does the discovery call cover?
Thirty minutes. Your business, your current marketing situation and what you are trying to achieve. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation to see if working together makes sense for both of us.
How does pricing compare to the US market standard?
Fractional CMO rates in the US typically range from $5,000 to $15,000 per month depending on scope and seniority. My pricing is intentionally competitive within that range, which means you get senior-level strategic leadership and execution at a rate that makes sense for early-stage and growth-stage companies without stretching the budget of a full marketing department.
What industries do you work with?
Health and wellness, DTC brands, go-to-market for new products and services, professional services and digital products. Open to strong teams in other sectors, especially those targeting LATAM or North American markets.

The person behind the work

I'm a hyperactive, hyperfocused, multilingual marketing nerd who has been obsessed with consumer psychology since before it was cool.

I have lived in 5 countries, visited more than 25, and learned to read markets the way other people read people: by paying close attention to what is actually happening, not just what looks good on a report.

I work fast. I think in systems. And every dollar you invest in marketing with me is a dollar I treat like it is my own.

"I do not come in with all the answers. I come in with 20 years of asking the right questions."
